Barcelona Grand prix →

Every May, Barcelona hosts one of the biggest annual competitions in the world at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, also known as Circuit de Montmeló. Welcome to the Formula 1 Spanish Grand Prix 2018, one of the most important international events in the motor racing world! You can see with your own eyes such famous F1 drivers as Sebastian Vettel, Lewis Hamilton or the Spaniards Fernando Alonso and Carlos Sainz Jr.

The Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya was inaugurated in 1991 and just a few weeks later, it held its first Formula 1 Spanish Grand Prix. Since then, the Circuit has been holding several international competitions as famous as the Formula 1, the MotoGP Grand Prix and the FIA Rallycross Championship. The Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya has a capacity for 131,000 people and it’s famous for having its eclectic mix of slow, medium and high-speed corners. Only three of the 16 curves of the circuit are taken at less than 100km/h when the average speed is 200km/h.

Monaco Grand Prix →

The Monaco Grand Prix is a formula one motor race held each year on the Circuit de Monaco. Run since 1929, it is widely considered to be one of the most important and prestigious automobile races in the world. Set in stunning surroundings between the glistening Alps and the azure waters of the Med, it attracts the most expensive yachts, finest cars and most beautiful people. With the Indianapolis 500 and the 24 hours of Le Mans, it forms the triple crown of Motorsport. The circuit has been called “an exceptional location of glamour and prestige.”

If a hotel room doesn’t quite give you that James Bond feel, look no further. Why not book your private Yacht charter with Vertis Aviation? Accommodate ten guests overnight for the entire five days of the event and host over 50 guests during the days or just watch the race from your jacuzzi. At anchor, you can get a glimpse of the cars as they round Portier and scream into the tunnel, as you follow the race in style and comfort. However, the key is that you still get the full experience of the Grand Prix; the atmosphere, the noise of the engines and you can take the tender ashore to access the port and the town.

Wimbledon →

Wimbledon is the oldest tennis tournament in the world and is widely regarded as one of the most prestigious sporting events in the world. The event has been held at the All England Club in Wimbledon, London, since 1877 and is played on outdoor grass courts. Wimbledon is one of the four Grand Slam tennis tournaments, the others being the Australian Open, the French Open and the US open. Since the Australian Open shifted to hardcourt in 1988, Wimbledon is the only one that is still played on grass.

At the start of July, tennis fans will descend on London to watch the greatest tennis professionals in the world compete to win the 2018 Wimbledon title. Remember, there’s a whole city to explore in between the matches and it would be a shame to miss out on some of the highlights in London while you’re there. A visit to London wouldn’t be complete without a shopping trip. Take a wander down Oxford Street and experience the hustle and bustle of the longest shopping street in Europe. Looking for something a little more luxurious than the high street? Take a detour off Oxford Street towards New Bond Street where you can find British classics like Burberry and Russell & Bromley.
