Role: Charter Sales Manager – Europe
Location: Europe (Flexible)
Availability: Starting immediately

Responsibilities include:
– To build and grow a truly global charter sales operation
– Managing all aspects of charter flights from initial sale to scheduling to post-flight
– Building up and managing own key accounts
– Working as part of a team to reach team targets and supporting colleagues
– Generating new business and leads
– Provide ‘out-of-hours’ telephone support during evenings and weekends (working on a rotation basis as part of the team)
– Provide excellent customer service
– Communicate well and display good interpersonal skills
– Make decisions, take initiative and work methodically
– Be results oriented
– To display analytical skills and strong commercial awareness
– Extensive international travel opportunities

Ideal candidate’s profile:
Good geographical knowledge
Good level of spoken and written English (2nd language of French, German or Spanish is a plus)
3+ years’ aviation experience in a commercial sales environment (preferably business aviation)
Experience of an aircraft broking environment (VIP Passenger preferable)
Experienced in Business Development
Account management experience
Able to work under pressure
Effective time-management evidence
