Paris – Dining in Style!

Eiffel Tower, Paris

When your journey to the French capital is done in such splendour, it makes perfect sense to continue upon arrival. So where should you head for the ultimate Parisian cuisine experience?

First stop is of course the Eiffel Tower. The Le Jules Verne restaurant is housed 410 feet above the city on the second floor of the iconic tower, picture yourself enjoying your meal over an illuminated Paris skyline. The food is prepared by 3 Michelin starred chef Frederic Anton who prides himself on creating refined and indulgent haute cuisine featuring mixed dishes bringing flavours, colours and textures around a single, magnificent product.

What to eat: It has to be the 5 or 7 course tasting menu. Indulgent, delicious and truly unique.

Proudly holding the title of La Liste’s ‘Best Restaurant in the World’ for 2019 is the incredible Restaurant Guy Savoy.  Due to re-open after their Summer closure in late August, the restaurant is renowned for their French gourmet cuisine. Their sommelier also provides some exquisite wine suggestions to accompany each course.

What to eat: It most certainly has to be the lobster on this occasion. That’s sauteed medallions of lobster with girolles and a lobster royale; coral sauce perfumed with Espelette pepper, spinach salad served in the shell.

Vegetables handpicked exclusively for you from the Trianon and Grand Parc de Versailles on the morning of your visit? Most certainly yes, and something you can enjoy whilst dining at Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athenee. The restaurant prides itself on delivering a menu reflecting nature and naturalness, the chefs extend meticulous care in creating dishes which respect the original flavour of each dish. Of course, this is best experienced first hand.

What to eat: The Tagliolini pasta has to be eaten to be believed- made with stale bread flour, yoghurt and golden caviar condiment.
