Vertis Aviation is an established internationally respected private jet charter brokerage delivering through direct charter of our operators’ luxury fleet or through our ability to negotiate innovative charter brokerage contracts. Headquartered in Zug with locations in UAE, RSA and USA after a period of strong growth is looking for a Charter Sales Executive – Europe to support its team.

Charter Sales Executive – Europe

Competitive annual salary based on experience plus uncapped commission

Must be legally eligible to live and work in Europe

Office location negotiable

1-2 years of experience required

Responsibilities include:

Responding to telephone calls/emails and assessing client requirements

Sending charter quotations to clients on the Vertis’ fleet as well as for sub-charter enquiries.

Managing all aspects of a charter flight, from the sale until the flight has completed

Working as part of a team to support colleagues and to reach team targets

Provide ‘out-of-hours’ telephone coverage during evenings and weekends (on a rotation basis as part of the team)

The ideal candidate will have:

1-2 years of experience in flight brokerage sales

Strong interpersonal and professional outlook is a must

understanding of the aircraft and chartering process

Willingness to learn and take on new approaches

Exceptional customer service skills


multi-tasker and problem solver

Excellent level of English language verbal and written communication skills is a must

Spoken and written second language would be advantageous

Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce experience.
