Responsibilities include:

– Responding to inbound telephone calls/emails and assessing client requirements –
– Managing all aspects of charter flights from initial sale to scheduling to post-flight –
– Building up and managing own key accounts –
– Working as part of a team to reach team targets and supporting colleagues –
– Generating new business and leads –
– Manage the sales of fleet aircraft as well as sub-charter (where necessary) –
– Provide ‘out-of-hours’ telephone cover during evenings and weekends (working on a rotation basis as part of the team) –
– Provide monthly sales report to aircraft owners –
– Provide excellent customer service –
– Communicate well and display good interpersonal skills –
– Make decisions, take initiative and work methodically –
– Be results oriented –
– To display analytical skills and strong commercial awareness –

Ideal candidate’s profile:

– Good geographical knowledge –
– Good level of spoken and written English –
– Spoken and written Russian would be advantageous –
– 2 years’ aviation experience in a commercial sales environment (preferably Aviation) –
– Experience of an aircraft broking environment (VIP Passenger preferable) –
– Experienced in Business Development –
– Account management experience –
– Able to work under pressure –
– Effective time-management evidence –
